Located just a 3-minute walk to our private beach and steps from our 10-foot-deep communal pool and BBQ area is unit #66, an efficiency apartment, which is located on the second floor of our 2-story motel building. This unit features a small kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub, a full-size bed, cable TV, and Wi-Fi Internet. For your laundry needs, there is a paid laundry facility on site, just steps away. Downtown Venice is less than a mile north of our location and features many fine restaurants, unique shops, Centennial Park, just south of us is Sharkey’s and Fins.
Several challenging Golf courses nearby include Lake Venice, Pelican Point, Jacaranda West, Calusa Lakes, Capri Isles, Waterford, Sarasota National are just a few you will enjoy.
Play Tennis at Courtside Tennis Club, Jacaranda West, or the Venice City Tennis courts downtown.
Rent a bicycle and enjoy the beautiful streets of downtown Venice, or bike the Legacy Trail.
