• CHECK-IN – 3:00PM – CHECK-OUT – 11:00AM 
• Early check in’s or late check out’s requests are subject availability and an additional charge of $50.
• Credit Card payments are preferred.
• Rates for 1 BR units are based on Double Occupancy .  Additional guests, over age 4, are an additional $20 per night.   Max. 2 adults, 2 children per unit.
• Rates for 2 BR units are 4 Person Occupancy.  Additional guests, over age 4, are an additional $20 per night.   Max. 4 adults, 4 children per unit.
• Rates for Studio units are DOUBLE OCCUPANCY.  No additional guests allowed.
• Seasonal Rentals are defined as bookings from December 1 thru April 30.
• DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS: 
• Deposit 5% of total reservation due at confirmation (auto pay)
• Balances are charged to credit card used for the deposit 1 day before arrival (auto pay).

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Seasonal rentals must be cancelled by September 1.  If so, the deposit will be refunded, less a surcharge of $25.

For Seasonal Reservations (December thru April) if cancelled outside of 60 days, we will hold up to $50, if cancelled between 30-60 days prior to arrival, we will hold up to $75, and if cancelled inside of 30 days prior to arrival, we will hold up to $100..  Cancellations made inside of 14 days are liable for up to 50% or the reservation total should we not be able to secure another rental.

All other reservations, if cancelled outside of 30 days, we will keep the deposit, up to $50, if cancelled between 15-30 days prior to arrival, we will keep the deposit, up to $75, and if cancelled inside of 14 days prior to arrival, we will keep the deposit, up to $100.  Cancellations made inside of 14 days are liable for up to 25% or the reservation total should we not be able to secure another rental.

No Shows are liable for the full reservation balance.  Call office to discuss other arrangements or re-scheduling options.

• Please display your PARKING PASS in your vehicle’s window during your stay and return it, along with your keys at check out.
• No SMOKING is permitted in or near any of our rental units.  There are 2 designated smoking areas in the community as well as the parking lot.  Failure to comply can result in an additional cleaning charge of $250 or more.  No Pets are permitted for any guests.
• You will be provided ample towels and linens, depending on the number or guests staying in the room.  There is a coin operated Laundromat on premises ($1.50 per load).  Our office can arrange additional laundry and housekeeping services for an additional fee.
• A cleaning fee is added to each reservation.
• $50 fee for after hour lock outs, $15 fee for lost or unreturned keys or Parking passes.  If additional cleaning is needed, an additional $50 will be charged.
• Our units are individually owned and contain personal property.
• To protect our owners, a $200 HOLD is placed on all rentals one day prior to check out.  If unit is left according to check out policies and no damage is reported, the HOLD will expire in 7 days.  This is in lieu of charging a Damage Deposit.
• POOL HOURS are 9:00 am until Dusk.  Laundry Room hours are from 7am – 7pm.
• RECEIPT of your deposit confirms your reservation and your acceptance of above policies.

CHECK IN GUIDELINES:

• Office hours are 10am – 4pm Mon. thru Fri. and 10am – 2pm Sat.  We are closed on Sundays.
• When checking in, your keys and wifi information can be picked up at the office.
• If you will be arriving after hours, or on a Sunday, your keys, parking pass, and wifi information will be put in an envelope and placed in the black mailbox on the wall outside the office door when your unit is ready.
• If your unit has assigned parking (units 1-40), please use designated space. If additional parking is needed, you can use any space marked “V” for visitor, or any unnumbered space by the 2-story building, front or back.
• Please keep your parking pass displayed in your vehicle window during your stay.
• As a reminder, please do not use the room towels at the pool or beach.  Thank you!

CHECK OUT GUIDELINES:

• Please put any wet towels/linens on the bathroom floor and leave all other towels/linens on the bed.
• Please wash and dry dishes, silverware, and any used glasses etc. and place them back in the cabinets/drawers.
• Please pick up any debris and leave floors broom clean.
• Please take everything out of the refrigerator, bag up any garbage, and place in the dumpster at the property entrance on your way out.  Do not leave any garbage in the unit.
• Lock all doors and drop off keys and passes in the black mailbox on the wall outside the office door so housekeeping knows it is OK to go in and clean.  We appreciate your cooperation.

QUIET HOURS are between 9pm and 9am.

THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. The North gazebo, SW corner of the property behind the Motel Bldg., and parking lot are designated as smoking areas.
If smoking, please be considerate others, and discard ashes and butts properly. Do Not toss butts on the ground or bury them in the sand.
The Venice Villas Board of Directors has a strict NO PET policy for guests.
The total # of guests in a unit cannot exceed the number of guests indicated on your reservation without approval by our office.
All reservations are for Double Occupancy. Some units can accommodate more people. Additional guests are required to pay $10 per person per night.

There is a strict No Pet policy. Guests or Visitors are not permitted to bring any pets on the property, in any units, or on the Beach at Venice Villas.
Please observe/follow Pool Rules as posted in the pool area.
Please be considerate when using Laundry Room and observe/follow all Laundry Room rules.
No RV’S, BOATS, BUSES, MOBILE HOMES, TRUCKS, PANEL TRUCKS, CLASS A OR B MOTOR HOMES, OR TRAILERS can be parked on property.
Only Apartments 1-40 have designated parking places. All others may park in spaces marked “V” for visitor, or in any spaces in front/rear the 2 story building adjacent to the pool.
Please do not hang clothing, towels, or personal items on railings, pool fences, doorways, balconies, window sills, chairs, or AC units. Clothe lines are available behind each courtyard.
Do not leave any items on the Beach (beach chairs, kayaks, towels, tents, etc.) unattended.
Bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, and other items should not be stored on walkways or under stairwells.
No PORTABLE GRILLS permitted. Charcoal grills in BBQ area behind Pool Area are available for all guests.
No SMOKING is permitted in the pool area, bbq area, courtyards, or nearby any windows and doors. If smoking, please use the designated areas described above..
Please keep your TV’s, Radio’s, and other electronics at a volume only auditable to the occupants of the unit or group outside int eh courtyard, pool area, or beach.
Do not leave any items on beach. Please leave our beach clean at all times.
Renters are responsible for the behavior of any guests they bring onto the property

SEA TURTLE NESTING SEASON:

All guests, please be aware that Sea Turtle nesting season is from May 1 until October 31.
During this time, when at the beach and in our community, please follow all local ordinances, including:
Turn off or shield any white lights visible to the beach, including flashlights, fishing lights, room lights, headlights, etc.
No flash photography.
Pitch in and pick up garbage and debris on or near the beach. Leave only your footprints behind.
Remove all beach furniture, umbrellas, towels, and clothing anytime you are not on the beach.
Do not disturb or damage any marked or unmarked nests. Observe only.
The fines can by upwards of $10,000, so please pass this information along and help us stay compliant and protect our wildlife.

**The community of Venice Villas is located approx. 1 mile south of downtown Venice and Venice Avenue.  It is an older community with a lot of old Florida charm.  Built in 1950, the property has changed a lot over the years but still maintains a small private beach, 2 gazebo’s at the beach entrance, a large community pool, and a laundry facility.  If you are looking for modern accommodations and amenities, this may not be the best place for you.  Each rental is set up with everything you will need at arrival, but it is up to you to restock paper products, cleaning supplies, condiments, and garbage bags etc as you use them.  If a quiet, no frills beach community is what you are looking for, than we think you will be very happy here.  A lot of our guests return time after time and prefer our laid back environment.   We hope you will become a regular visitor as well.
